For over twenty years, I have learned the value of utilizing new technologies, employing forward thinking, and implementing simple processes that promote business and employee growth. My customers know that my approach is straightforward and simple and that my word is as good as a contract. I believe in building relationships with customers that are lasting. The best success can be measured by returning clients and the friends they send my way to experience my simple way of doing business. This philosophy is given strength by those who with me, because my employees are empowered to treat our customers fairly, creating an atmosphere of trust, honesty and respect. The following values serve as the backbone of my business philosophy and management style. The high ethical standard represented in these values is expected from employees at every level of my organization. Work as a TEAM toward our primary goal: Make the customer happy! Deliver Quality Service by fixing it right the first time and exceeding expectations. If we say will do something we DO IT. Show respect for our people and provide opportunities for them to prosper. My children have grown up learning the value of hard work. Dedication to one's consistent improvement and learning that our goals should never be the end result, but the journey in which we take to get there. These two beautiful and fierce kids are by far my greatest reasons to be better.
